How does the sponsor programme work exactly?
After registering you choose a suitable parrot from those available. You pay a monthly fee that goes directly to their care. Each quarter we contact you to arrange a private meeting.
Can I take the parrot home?
No – this is a symbolic adoption. The birds stay at our centre, where they are used to living and receive professional care. You can visit them regularly.
Can I choose a specific parrot?
Yes! On our website you can see all parrots and their sponsorship status. You may choose the one closest to your heart if they are not already sponsored.
What if I want to end the programme?
You can end the programme at any time with 30 days’ notice. There are no extra fees or obligations.
Can I support more than one parrot?
Of course! Many of our sponsors support several birds. A separate agreement is made for each parrot.
How do payments work?
We send a monthly invoice by email, which you can pay by bank transfer. Automatic recurring payment can also be set up.
